Book-keeping & compliance

  • Extending strategic support to senior management / Board of Directors / Designated Partners / Partners / Proprietor of businesses in key decision-making process on issues of strategic nature.
  • Evaluating new business opportunities
  • Preparing strategic growth plans in coordination of senior management team along-with organic / inorganic growth strategies
  • Preparing business & financial plans
  • Evaluating macro business environments / competition as required senior management team
  • Participate in key management / Board of Director’s meeting & making presentation on issues of strategic and financial importance for the organization
  • Developing policies relating to reporting system within an organization
  • Conducting due diligence of new business opportunities as identified by client for acquisition.
  • Ensuring on-time book-keeping services that include all aspects of accounting on client bespoke or cloud accounting system. The services could be either managing client’s book-keeping team or deputing our team to ensure timely book-keeping is done.
  • Preparing monthly payroll & its accounting
  • Bank & credit card reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable / payable reconciliations
  • Handling all period compliances as required for any businesses like TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, labour laws, PT, income-tax, ROC, RBI, SEBI, BSE / NSE as applicable to client.
  • Liaison with internal / Statutory auditors of the client & prepare details as required by them
  • Liaison with client’s tax consultants and prepare the details as required by them to ensure timely filing of various income-tax, GST & other returns.

Tax  systems & processes

  • Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual cash budgets in coordination with client
  • Comparison of budget with actual
  • Preparation of monthly management reports with KPIs (key-performance indicators) & comments on the same. Management report or management information statement (MIS) will be designed in coordination with client and periodic reporting of the same.
  • Preparation of various periodic details as required by banks for working capital limits including CMA data.
  • Representing client with various bankers / attending consortium bank meetings
  • Preparing documents / proposals for fund raising activities of client and support fund raising activities

 

  • Support in preparation of IT system for accounts & finance function
  • Support in preparation of accounting policy & internal control system
  • Develop & support in preparation of various risk management policies for the client. This to include business risk, legal or commercial risk
  • Preparing various excel sheets / standard formats for controlling day to day work

How we work: 

Working on lead or inquiry 
Initial meeting with the client to understand the requirement 
Submission of commercial proposal & its acceptance (this would include detailed understanding of the requirement, tailoring services required by client, engagement agreement once commercial proposal is accepted) 
Team allocation: along-with day to day operations team there would be managed by Accounts Manager who would be key point of contact with client on day to day issues. Senior Partner would be reviewing the work on regular basis and attending key review meeting with client.  
Implementation, review & QC 
Regular meeting with client for feedback
